Most of what I restore arrives in a sorry state — attic finds, estate clearances, forgotten horns. Each one gets whatever it needs, often being fully stripped, cleaned, re-padded and set up properly, then played in before it goes on the site. If a horn is not right, it does not get listed.
Alongside the restorations I offer repairs for players locally and by post, from a schoolchild's first alto to professional instruments needing serious keywork. Same bench, same care, whatever the horn is worth.
Visitors are welcome by appointment — bring a mouthpiece and try whatever is in stock.
